測試項(xiàng)目：座面，靠背。                             
座椅座面的試驗(yàn)方法
Test Method for Seat Chair and seatsurface:
1.座面的靜載荷試驗(yàn)：通過加載塊垂直向下施加一定力量于加載點(diǎn)上并保持至少10秒。并反復(fù)進(jìn)行10次。
Seat Surface Static Load Test:
vertically down through the loading block to exert force on theload point and keep at least 10 seconds. And repeated 10times
2.座面的疲勞試驗(yàn)：通過載入墊，將950N的力和規(guī)定的次數(shù)垂直向下重復(fù)施加在座面載入點(diǎn)上。加載速率為每分鐘不超過40次。
Fatigue test of the seat: by loading pad, put 950N force and thespecified times to repeat vertically down impose to the load pointof the seat surface. Loading rate no more than 40 times perminute
3.座面的沖擊試驗(yàn)：將一塊泡沫塑料放在座面上，然后把座面沖擊器置于規(guī)定的高度，使其自由跌落，沖擊載入部位各10次。
Impact test of the seat: put a piece of foam on the seat surface,then place the impactor of the seat in a specified height and makeit fall freely. impact loading site 10 timeseach.
座椅靠背的試驗(yàn)方法：
 Test methods for back of the chair
1.座背的靜載荷試驗(yàn)：用擋塊靠住椅和凳子的腳上。然后將規(guī)定的平衡載荷施加于座面載入點(diǎn)上。再將規(guī)定的力沿著與椅背垂直的方向通過載入墊施加于載入點(diǎn)上。每次至少保持10秒。并反復(fù)進(jìn)行10次。
Static Load Test for back of the chair: put the baffle on the chairleg. Then impose the specified balance loading to the load point ofthe seat. And then provides the force perpendicular to thedirection along the back pad by loading imposed on the load point.To keep at least 10 seconds each. And repeated 10times.
2.座背的疲勞試驗(yàn)：用擋塊靠住椅或者凳子的腳上，然后將950N的力垂直施加在座面載入點(diǎn)上，再通過椅背載入塊，將330N的力按規(guī)定的次數(shù)施加在椅背的載入點(diǎn)上。加載速率為每份鐘不超過40次。
Fatigue test of the seat back : use the block fixed the feet of thechair and then impose the 950N force vertically to the surface loadpoint, through the back loading block. Impose 330 N force withspecified times to the back loading site. Loading rate no more than40 times per minute.

1、  垂直負(fù)載下的穩(wěn)定性試驗(yàn)：
Stability test of the vertical load
把試件放在試驗(yàn)基面上。在其*不穩(wěn)定桌邊中心離邊沿向內(nèi)50mm桌面處通過載入墊垂直向下逐漸加力到規(guī)定的力值或者至少試件至少有一個桌腳離地為止。
Place test specimen on the base surface. Impose the force to thetable in its center from the edge of the most unstableinward 50mmdesktop vertically down through the loading pad gradually withaugmented the value or at least one specimen legs up off theground.
2.垂直和水平載入穩(wěn)定性試驗(yàn)：
Vertical and horizontal load stabilitytest
把試件放在試驗(yàn)基面上。用擋塊擋住試件*不穩(wěn)定邊的桌腳。防止試件在試驗(yàn)中移動。在該邊中心離邊沿向內(nèi)50mm桌面處通過載入墊垂直向下施加100N的力。同時在該邊中心桌上向外施加一個水平力。逐漸增加該力到規(guī)定值或者至少有一個桌腳離地為止。
Put the specimen on the test-based surface. With the block blockingthe most unstable side of the specimen legs to prevent the testspecimen to move. The edge center from the edgeinward 50mmdesktop department ，exert downward vertical 100N force by loadingpad. While exert a level force on the center desk of the edge,increase gradually to a specified value or one leg near to thefloor at least.
3.垂直靜載荷試驗(yàn)：
Vertical static load test
在桌面易于發(fā)生破壞的位置，按規(guī)定的力通過載入墊，垂直向下重復(fù)施加10次。每次至少應(yīng)保持10秒。
On the most easy damaged position of the desk surface , to imposethe specified force by loading pad, vertical put down repeated 10times. Keep 10 seconds at least.
